Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo and 3rd parties *Formerly; Nintendo is f*cking up big times with 3rd parties*

This is going to sound like i'm joking or trolling in small scale but believe me, i'm serious, get in the head of an average gamer not a fanboy of any sorts but someone who plays for fun: Isn't Nintendo doomed anyways? why does't it matter if they have 3rd party support or not? either way the journalists say nintendo is doomed, the analysts say nintendo is doomed, the gamers say nintendo is doomed, the haters say nintendo is doomed, the fanboys say nintendo is doomed, the pc hardware companies say nintendo is doomed and the people outside of the industry say nintendo is doomed, it is hard to express how i feel and that's why this may sound wrong but let them go and crash, leave nintendo to nintendo fanboys and people who like their 1st party, to the hell with them, we from outside are not going to change a work ethic that's probably 100 years old, they've succeeded and they've failed, they've seen others succeed and they've seen other fail miserably, they've had the time to learn, they have the money to invest and the minds to create,if they learned, fine, let's give them some time, if they didn't learn anything from the VB or the N64 or even the Wii it's their problem but also the reason they've earned their tombstone- let's enjoy while they last, and that will be some long time.

How so? Just because it's not the most dang powerful thing on the planet?! Third parties need to quit being so meat-brained and try to think outside the power. Nintendo's Wii U is powerful enough... sheesh. Nintendo's consoles have been evenly balanced over the years. The top 15 best selling games are on Nintendo consoles and 8 of them are Wii games. The underpowered, 3rd party lacking, console. The NES was nowhere near as powerful as the Sega Mark III/Master System but 3rd parties flocked to Nintendo becasue everybody knew them and they made some killer games just as they do today. It's not Nintendo's fault. 3rd parties just lack the creativity that Nintendo has firmly grasped sinced the 1800's starting with the Hanafunda cards. They innovate, they don't jump on the bandwagon, they don't really think what everybody else thinks. Nintendo has been good at convincing people without even saying a darn word. Like I said if I wanted a powerful gaming machine i'd get a PC, seriously.

The point is that Nintendo has lied and cheated the 3rd parties, and that's why they don't have good 3rd party support now.

But what proof have you got this megaton was a Wii U exclusive originally?  Any game not comign to Wii U could potentially fit this profile

ONE of the megatons is an old exclusive, but not from Nintendo. You will know what game I'm talking about when you see it.

So if I am reading correctly, I should be expecting to see a previously annouced exclusive 3rd party game on Wii U move to PS4.

ANyone knwo what these exclusive annoucements have been thus far? All I know is Bayonetta 2.

No, I don't think there will be any former Nintendo games on Sony's presentation. A xbox game on the other hand... and old faces from PS1 era...

Yeah, I know, I simply can't name any games. Only that there will be a western game that will cause a melt down more severe than bayo2, and probably worst than when FF went to xbox... And we'll see some old faces we haven't seen in a looong while either, and they'll be exclusive. and then there will be a BIG service heading to the PS4... BIG. remember that

Who will have meltdowns?

well, sony fan boys won't be able to handle the awesomeness; their brains will melt. This will be like x-mas for them. Xbox fan boys on the other hand... It will not be pretty.

Nintendo gave 3rd party developers gimped dev kits?!

Has anyone really read what I'm saying???

Why should you be taken serious when you said that Nintendo cancelled third party games?

Well come e3 and you see what kind of MEGATONS I talked about I should be believed.

I would automatically assume unfortunately that you're actually using the Geoff Keighley twitter definition of "MEGATONS", not the correct definition.

nono, this will be bat shit crazy megatons. Sony will make A LOT of people happy (and some will be mad as hell)

I think we got "megaton" mixed up with "former Wii U exclisive". I don't know when this former exclusive title will be announcened, and I'm not even sure I will be able to tell you when it is shown to the world. But it's a well known franchise. The megaton I'm talking about is all the announcenemts Sony will bring this e3, and has nothing to do with Nintendo.

BUT BUT Sony fans have been saying that companies are emotionless businesses, so a lie should not warrant them dropping support.

They shoudl know early dev kits are SUBJECT TO CHANGE like every other console lol.

Yes, they've gone crazy or something like that... I have no idea what they're doing. They're really fucking up right now.

so the former Wii U exclusive" is something that has been annouced before on Wii U? if so I looked at that list of Wii U titles, and there is nothign there that people would care either way about.
