Yep, Worms Armageddon, SF2 HD, and many others use the cell.

They are coded to use it. It would take some work to port it to PS4 since the architechture is differnet. Not a whole lot of work, but still some nonetheless.

Okay, so something like the Wii -> Wii U VC where you have to pay a dollar or so to get it on the Wii U eshop to make use of gamepad (hasn't happened yet but that is what the plans are for Nintendo) play and a few other features. So I suppose Sony might do something like Nintendo and offer it at a discounted rate ($1) to be able to stream it to the new system or whatever with the older PSN titles that you already purchased.
