Could it be?
Think about it. Rockstar promised AGENT and failed to deliver. They still owe Sony one. Now GTAV is definitely coming out on PS360, but could PS4 get it as a next-gen exclusive?

Possibly an accidental timed-exclusive if the PS4 manages to release ahead of the next Xbox.
well if you read other comments made by Sony fans over the years on here "X developer does not own Y console maker anything"
So I agree with BasilZero, if it goes cross-gen it will go on more than one system.
However considering MANY people will buy it on current gen waht value would it offer for people to get it again so soon??

There were two PSP GTA games.
I can only see this happening if the PS4 dominates next gen. Otherwise, there's no way Sony would be able to pay off Rockstar for the lost profit. If anything they could try getting timed exclusive DLCs.

Oh yeah, cool game that one, updated graphics and all, Rockstar is very nice to sony.

How is Rockstar losing profit when 720 wont have any install base at the time?

Chinatown was on DS first, they tuned up the graphics for the PSP release, it looked very nice. Althought, the DS version was cooler because of the second screen and touch comands thing.
not a chance a game with a massive budget as GTA 5 needs to be multiplatform to make back it's budget
