Both companies put on a front, making people believe that their product is superior and aren't worried about the competition. But in reality, they are very scared of each other and are fighting for dominance in the industry. Every generation seems to have a clear winner but this gen (even if 360 is on top) is very close and PS3 still has a chance of overtaking 360 before its all over. Its a struggle for both companies to keep their market shares so "acting" arrogant may just be their strategy.

This is why I prefer Nintendo as a console.

They seem to be the only ones that try to be professional.

The others spend too much time name calling or bragging.

not saying Nintendo is guiltless, just saying compared to Sony and MS, they look like a model business.

Why would poeple think that :/ M$ & Sony both probably have people whispering in there ear all the time about what each other are doing.
