The name of the game is Super Dancer Online Xtreme Season 3. It's kind of like DDR, you can either play it with your keyboard or with a dance pad... but almost everyone uses a keyboard!

You can make yourself an avatar. The first time you log in you can pick between a limited set of hairstyles and clothes but as you play and level up you'll earn money to buy new clothes, hairstyles, shoes, pants, etc. You can also use real money for that but I've never done it :P

You can play with up to 6 players and whoever does the best, wins :P If there are 6 players the players in the first 3 positions get a win, if there are only 2, only the one in first position wins... I think with 5 players only the first 2 get a win but I don't remember :P

There are different modes, here are some examples:

This is the "normal" mode with 4 keys, this player is playing alone but as I said before there can be up to 6 people playing toghether

There are some other modes like couple or lovers mode where there can be up to 3 couples of 1 boy and 1 girl each, there's an "audition" mode where the game plays like Audition, etc.

It's the malaysian version of the game, some people speak english but it's usually weird.
Go to the right hand side of the screen where it says "register" and fill in the blanks. The first box is asking you for a user name (this one will be used to log-in in the game). The second one, even though it says "Password" is actually your character/avatar's name, the one that will be displayed above your avatar's head :P. The third one is Gender, this one is obvious :P. The fourth and fifth boxes, even though they say "E-mail" and "Contact" are actually your password and repeat password, lol. The sixth one is obviously the captcha and you must check the "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" and click on "Register".

There are 2 mirrors, pick whichever you like. It's a 3Gb download. It's recomemded that you download the game using flashget or thunder but it's not necessary, you can download it anyway you like (I used flashget).

I used to play the US version of this game published by Acclaim years ago but when Acclaim died so did the game... I haven't played for years but It'll still be pretty hard for most to beat me :P

How the fuck are you supposed to play that first video with a dance mat? Those asian casual games are way too hardcore for me.

The person playing it is doing so with his keyboard, There are some harder songs too. I used to be really good at the game but I stopped playing for a very long time (more than 3 years)... I was able to full combo that one too but not anymore xD. Anyways, that song was on hard mode, you can go to the "newbies" section and pick easy mode... or normal if you'd like. At first it might seem hard but it becomes just a reflex later on, you won't even have to think what you're pressing xD. Here's someone playing a song on easy:
