Last I checked critics are bashing Vita for having nothing but inferior versions of console games. Sometimes the hate is deserved (Declassified), but lots of times it is not. So what makes you think an exclusive GOW game would go over any better? Assuming it is on par with the two PSP games of course.

It wont. If Sony plans on releasing one if its big IPs on the Vita anytime soon, it should be a full GT game and NOT like what they made for the PSP.
