Blizzard's BIG problem right now is that they have massive gaps between products and ridiculous dev cycles.

The Zerg expansion has taken 2.5 years to make, it's just 20 more campaign missions and six units, I mean seriously Blizzard. These aren't just polishing; if you've seen the final games you'll know they're neither finished on release nor technically impressive. They're still better than every other game company at making what the market wants, but there's room to do much better.
