eh, it has pretty much been confirmed since they announced the playstation meeting on feb 20th. If it wasn't going to come out this year then there would be no reason to push a big announcement...
They're expecting to sell 2.5 million PS4s in the USA in 2013? Good luck with that. Could be trickery fakery of course. ItMs also else a consulting firm so they might just be guessing at PS4 like everyone else.

Title of that Playstation Meeting teaser is "#Playstation2013" See The Future. I'm pretty sure this confirms a 2013 launch for PS4.

They need to build enough ps4 to meet supply and demand..

Well, since GTA V has been moved to september, I can pretty much guarantee the launch windows aren't any earlier than early november. A big game like that isn't going to shoot itself in the foot by launching anywhere near a big hardware release, especially two big hardware releases...
