Let's just think about this for a moment before we call the timing good or bad for a Feb. 20 announcement. I see a lot of people saying Xbox will steal its thunder and many also saying PS will have all the hype now that its annoucing first.
IMO if PS4 annouces and is at the same price and power of nextbox it will be great. That way MS will look like a "me too" announcement. Sony will have some first party stuff and show off some streaming and of course mention that basic PSN is still free while listing some new plus perks for PS4. I think it will be good because Sony won't be overly expensive and will be powerful enough to handle any 3rd party game that nextbox can most likely. If MS is more expensive because of Kinect 2 then its definitely a good decision. The point is there are still a lot of things up in the air before we call the timing good or bad so just take a deep breath everyone.
