Multiple respected sources are saying similar things. Of course we are speculating lol no one would deny that. But it's much different than 'hoping' which is what you are doing.
For example if tomorrow we get much more concrete info, that shows the upcoming consoles closer in power to wiiu then we will base our discussions on that, there is no conspiracy here

well you never know.... maybe they are even dissapointed by the hardware of the ps4 and 720 and because of that there is "yet to see Gen 4"..

yeah I know but these rumours are all about the same specs...it could very well be that one not so respected source came out with these specs a long time ago and other sites to copy/paste that...some of them maybe even extended the "leaked info"...
It wouldn't be the first time you know...
and besides = if sony and microsoft really reveal such powerful machines it won't be enough for nex gen... they need more than just graphics, physics and Tesselation etc. ;)
So a summary:
Third Parties just don't sell on Nintendo Consoles!

Again the difference with you is that what you do is 'hope' and what we do is speculate.
ANd believe it or not, most of the rumors now are backed by several sources. And in the past few weeks the only changes have been added details on specific aspects of the game.
Yeah I'm sure they know that too >_> The system won't come by itself..there will be games lol ...and I mean first AND third party support ;)
