Is PS4 is late 2013, then after. If PS4 is Spring 2014...I'll probably say after too, but it'll be a lot closer.

Release date for Lightning FF13-3 has been announced yet.  It's really doubtful that Square Enix will release both FF13-3 and Versus13 close together.  If FF13-3 is released in the Fall or Holidays 2013, then Versus 13 won't be out until Summer 2014 at the earliest.  By that time, PS4 may already be out.
