Why not talk to people with respect? Then people would be more likely to listen to you and you'll get your point across better. Otherwise it'll just turn into a flame-fest with neither of you listen to each other. And what's the point in that? Wouldn't you be more happy if someone listened to what you said and changed their ways?

Not all people are respectable. I try to be nice but they just wont listen. Not saying that an F word would change anything but it somehow does .

That's because they have a different opinion, its perfectly normal in society.  What is more annoying is someone who doesn't accept things are rarely black and white in a debate.  

When their opinion is wrong its not normal.

But whos to say that your right?

Someone's opinion cannot be wrong which may explain your frustration.  If someone declares a fact that is wrong then fair enough but most people seem to get annoyed because they cannot change what others think.  People are stubborn, how does it affect you if what they believe seems wrong.  Be polite, debate to a point, stop if they start becoming silly.  Not only is this place a funnier place to be, people respect you more and debate reasonably.  We all have our private ignore lists of people that are just not worth talking to.

Time was the site was absolutely inundated with them, and it was always the same people just posting over and over again. It's good to have that rule around in case the issue should re-emerge

My least favorite is the rule of creepy old men stalking me! Oh wait.

My favorite rule is for spamming. I just wish mods were slightly more strict when bursts of spam in a specific thread occur and that they carry out official warnings and bans to get the message across. Moderators can be lenient when obvious spam posts accumulate.

 As for my least favorite 'part' of the rules, this:  Lead Moderator (axumblade) or Deputy Lead Moderator (Kantor). They should be labeled Awesome Lead Moderator and Duputy Awesome. *wipes brown off nose*
