I wish people would sympathize with me too when I breach the terms of a contract. Guess no one recognizes me from back in my heyday when I would do ads for the N-Gage.

Typical case of big company against a single person. People tend to sympathize with the employee, no matter if he is right or not.

Seems fair.Sony has worked hard to create that character.

This will have an interesting effect on the BridgeStone lawsuit. They'll probably just have to claim ignorance or completely throw Lambert under the bus. I'll miss Kevin Butler.....

I am the Playstation Avenger.

Lambert will never appear in a game commercial again.

what ever ads he does Sony can claim he is playing KB, it's not like KB was the most original character ever create, it was just a sarcastic guy saying witty lines

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Seems like a fair settlement.

For example, if I saw that Geiko Gekko in a different insurance ad, it would surely confuse me.
