You may not like what I have to say, but I'll say it anyways.

You got fired because of your own fault and decisions. I don't know you, but I know this: Many people don't take their jobs seriously; they think they are above the job they are working at. In reality, the job that you have, no matter what you have is a trial to sharpen you skills and integrity. If you feel that your manager is mistreating you, you can always talk to them about it, if you can't then you don't need to be there, and it was best that you left, but if you get fired from pulling a stunt like the one that you did, then it only tells me that you don't take your commitments seriously.

You are probably thinking that I'm full of crap, but in reality you need to understand that you were in that job because you couldn't find anything better at the time, and if you had found something better, you wouldn't have been there. Though my post is not sounding very polite, I hope you understand one thing from it. The choices that you made in life are what lead you to where you are now.

You can bitch about your woes or you can do something about and fix it. If flipping burgers is not what you want to do and you can't find another job, beg you parents to support you out until you finish college. If college is not for you, then find a technical school that gets you to a hands on job. Find something that makes you happy. Its not about making a lot of money. Money does not bring happiness, it only gives comfort, and it's a false comfort because material things will never truly make you happy unless you have good people to share them with. Your attitude in life is what brings happiness. If you project a aura of happiness, you will notice other people try to feed off of it--it is contagious.
