The game is being tracked in EU and RW so I guess digitaly available in NA

That's a surprisingly pointless comment.
It's like saying for every new first person shooter "this is another Doom clone instead of a... blah blah...".
And who on earth said Pirate warriors is supposed to be an adventure game ? The "Dynasty Warriors" style was the perfect fit for an One Piece game.
Can you people stop talking about games you haven't played ?
