@DM--should they be?

No, there is no set of rules. I was banned for three days for calling someone stupid, while a notorious spammer like leo-j gets one day for his infractions.
No, you cannot contest bans, as that mean's you'd have to make a dupe account.

Yeah, I know who you are, but I'm talking about hoerenkind is Kirby007.
@ meseteto
IDK if they should be, but it seems like some may abuse the power of being a mod, while some may not. They do a good job, but it's like at work, if your boss doesn't come in, but still gets paid, what do you do?
I guess Ioi can stop a mod on the loose that has gone crazy but normally mods are 'above the rules' just to monitor how the masses behave...

THE NETHERLANDS
Let's check my ban history:
Tetsuya account banned simply because I wanted the account banned
W29-well I got banned because I called leo-j a name which I knew I shouldn't had said.
Well I have really no ban history as serious as leo-j and others.
anyway that is the whole point leo-j banned for the 20th time gets one day someone else first timer 3 days...

He or she reminds me of you.
see i think there shoud be a way to argue your case--b/c what one person might see as offinsive ist to another--i also think the mods should have to give a warning before they can ban--however i think they should be able to delete then warn
