fair point about the map rotation, i haven't played in a couple weeks but i really do remember it being annoying at times
the masks are free so they are available for everyone; well after you unclock them i guess
beyond that the only dlc i can think of that may not be included is the new taunts that came out last week

i totally forgot that new weapon skins were added
i unlocked all the special guns i wanted anyway ( as well as the masks ) so i'm satisfied on that front
but you're right there's a lot of new stuff that's been added that even somebody with the goty addition would have to pay for
