Spurge has got a deserved ban. And Noctis annoys the town both when he is scum or town, I would say ban him for a game too.

That or make him a tree stump like trucks said.

I like the tree stump idea for Noctis. I haven't been around to see all his games where he is like this but twice now he has basically posted 0 times and when he does it has 0 content.
