imagine turning full 360 in FPS games. You'd still have to have one thumb stick to move around and turn while you move your head (as if its the 2nd stick), but that would be overall more nauseating and definitely cause issues.

I prefer wiimote/nunchuck or dual sticks all combined with TV.
