Just correct me if I'm wrong: if it was "optional" to pay for Live, it shoud be possible to play multiplayer games without paying. It's not optional to pay. You pay or you won't play.

I have the chance to play PSN instead. But I will always choose to play on Live unless PSN improves. Theres alot more players on Live, more games faster and less disconnections. Ive all but given up on Killzone 3. So I choose to play on Live because it for me on my connection is really robustt. And everyone talks in team games. Ive had only 1 game on Killzone 3 were my team talked.
So I think its a great ting to pay a smaall fee to Microsoft to maintain such a robusr online system.
i have a rule to disagree with anything patcher says. why? because if i do im automatically always right
