That would indeed easily run this as long as it doesnt have a terrible graphics card. Remember next Xbox isnt launching until the end of 2013. The components needed to run this would be cheaper by then

Indeed it would have to be an insanely powerful console but so far pretty much all rumors are pointing to thenext Xbox being the most powerful of the Big 3s new systems. Mutiple developers have reported this.

Honestly I think the next Xbox will pretty much be a strait up optomoized high end PC

Also i said 4 to 6 gigs. I know 8 is the sweet spot but 6 Gigs of RAM with an 8 core processor would run pretty much anything possible on a current day PC.

I would assume that a powerful CPU with a garbage-cheap GPU will end up bottlenecking the system. It would need relatively equal hardware from every section of the setup to maximise results.

that demo is showing off the latest tech mostly high end DX11 stuff so no it couldn't run on any current console. 

Well of course it would need a powerful GPU as well guys, but we havent heard anything at all about that really so who knows.

I doubt they would spend the money putting 6Gigs of RAM and an 8 core in it just to give it a crappy graphics card though

Super Impressive, makes me want to beat Crysis 2 lol. But I was also very impressed with Metro Last light and Watch Dogs graphically.
