The third-world diplomatic union known as the "Non-Aligned Movement," was going to have a summit in the West Bank regarding the future of Palestine, but Israel utilized their position as occupying power of the West Bank to deny access to the territory from four countries which refuse to recognize Israel: Malaysia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Cuba. Due to their refusal, the summit was canceled and will now reconvene in Tehran under Iranian supervision

"Nothing constructive, to say the very least, has ever come out of this committee in the past, and now that it is going to meet in Iran under the chairmanship of Tehran, expectations could not be lower," Palmor said (Israeli foreign ministry spokesman).

Well, whose fault is it that they were forced to have the conference somewhere else?

Anyway, it's actually a fairly clever move by the Israelis, but cruel, as many of their dealings with the Palestinian maneuverings towards statehood
