Yes I am getting extremely defensive. Waiting on that claim bud

Waiting on my claim?

It was a rhetorical question, asking why townies would be more interested in my alignment than in asking Nen why he has now backed out of claiming mafia or town now THREE times (at the time it was only twice, but now, thrice).  I am far from suspicion save for vacuous allegations by spurge, so why is it that I must prove my towniness first before my contributions are appraised? Look at the evidence and check it, it's all in order.

My suspicion has only grown since your first post, which has seemed to work given Wiibox's approval of your vote of confidence and lack of understanding why you are suspected. And your reasoning for the comment doesn't jive well with me. Who says "good effort" for "bad analysis" unless pointing out the flaws so there can be actual improvement? Otherwise you're just saying to keep doing what you're doing.

I asked everyone for suspects, you mentioned me(quoted above) and then gave people you wouldn't want to lynch and explained that "it seemed like it might be becoming the popular thing to do". That is not only the case, but it's like your tripping over yourself to explain why. Seemed, might, and becoming all in one sentence.

Speaking of, you're lacking a lot of conviction in your posts: "I guess that qualifies as an FOS" and calling your own post in which actually took a stance "irrelevant" due to an increase in time?

It also doesn't help that you have a vote on nen, the person I spent quite some time reading previous rounds to determine he is quite likely town as I thought.

Well, if it's the case, then what's the problem?  I can only conclude you meant "not the case".  Unless I'm mistaken, two people had named non-suspects shortly before my post.  That is too early to say it's popular.  It might have been becoming popular.  Or so it seemed to me at the time.

I don't often throw FoSes around.  Normally, I simply articulate my suspicions, and if one person is way ahead of the pack in that regard I'll vote them.  In this case, I wasn't prepared to vote him but I felt like pointing out that I felt as bad about him as I thought other people felt about the people they were FoSing at the time.

Other than the fact that you trust nen and apparently believe I ought to share your opinion if I were town, I don't understand how the stuff you're talking about justifies your vote.  Do you really honestly think that stuff is a scum tell on me?  Or am I just someone to vote off because you don't have any better targets?  Surely in the latter case you could come up with a more worthy target if you thought a little harder.  Despite my warnings, I've so far been able to participate considerably more than, say, Stefl.

Shit, Linkz, how many games have you played with me, and you think it's strange that I would use noncommital language here and there?  The more I think about this the more I want to call bullshit.

Now I just have to decide if scum-Linkz would really push my lynch like this.

Sounds like a town FF to me.

Now FF-voters, explain to me why FF has become so much more interesting after he said "I don't like Linkz and Prof's discussion earlier, moreso Linkz"?

Why'd you cut out the part about not liking me, yet my vote cutting you more than others?

No further defense on the pocketing wiibox front?

You have a vote on nen for something that wasn't even a contradiction at the time and was cleared up as a misunderstanding, and I'm the one lacking justification for a vote?

I would LOVE for someone to try to explain something that never happened. Heck I just quoted his post!

Maybe you were thinking of mantle who said something similar yet felt I was more town of us two.

SAK is obviously a big lynch target or modkill possibility due to absenteeism. Other than that, it is midnight and I am tired. Thankfully, Day 2 is young because frankly this would still be my post if it was 12 hours ago instead of 2. Tomorrow I will be equally busy until evening or possibly later, but I will still make every effort to at least catch up once or twice and offer my opinions and suspects.

I can't articulate off the top of my head what I don't like about Linkz's posts (with prof) but I don't like him. It has nothing to do with his apparently undiminished suspicion of me. Although I wish he would believe I'm town if he's actually town, I don't think I have anything more to say about my first impressions of WiiBox which apparently constitutes the basis for his suspicion.

Yes, I clearly see where he's taking any sort of stance on you there.

So how exactly does claiming town make your "opinion" any more relevant?

You came in out of nowhere with:

Am i really going to have to claim to get the validity of my argument understood?

After naming nen as your only person in your mafia list. Not, "hey nen refuses to claim town or human or any other stupid qualifier which I think means he must be town just for saying such a meaningless thing".  Why not make the argument first instead of asking the rhetorical?

I have made the argument. Nobody is listening, and I'm being suspected (by spurge) instead!

And no, no. I have a role.

Good because he's clearly saying that he doesn't like your attitude. I have the same problem. I can't say convincingly WHY you sound suspicious, but fuck me if you don't sound incredibly suspicious arguing with me.

And your argument is crap. So again, unless you're just going to spurgeon us, claim.

I see that sarcasm flew right over your head.
