Can you really be held accountable for the actions of others off your property just for holding a party? I mean whenever there is a soccer riot, the organizer of the soccer match is not held accountable for any damage done. If the kid gets a good lawyer, Im willing to bet he won't get stuck with the 22000 fine.

Edit - Oh yeah even if he gets the fine it probably won't hurt him that badly with all the publicity he's been getting.  If he was smart he'd probably just ask for donations from people to help pay it off, which undoubtly people give him.  Furthermore, he's already been getting offers of up to 2000 dollars to throw parties for other people around australia.
