If this were done in America, he'd likely be in juvie hall(unless he's over 18) then he'd be in jail. I'm sure some of the charges would be:
Disturbing the Piece, Attempted Assault (maybe, if the neighbors were threatened), destruction of public property, public intoxication (assuming alcohol was there), Influencing a minor (again, alcohol), inciting a riot, endangering the public(?) and maybe a few more.
Movie stars can be loved, but most people realize that they are just that, fictional movie stars. Doing this in real life would bring upon the rath of the local authorities on many different angles, not just a stiff fine.
It seems the mods need help with this forum. I have zero tolerance for trolling, platform criticism (Rule 4), and poster bad-mouthing (Rule 3.4) and you will be reported.
