Thoughts?
Initially mine are positive... but then I wonder if it wouldn't have some deterious side effects essentially giving more sway to those who don't need their paychecks.
Though then again, a congressperson who lives check to check on congressional wages probably shouldn't be in congress anyway...
Or at least not have much say on the budget!
