I'll get back down with Halo soon as I feel my fling with BO2 is coming to an end. I wanted to get to a 2.00 K/D which I did but I don't feel that I've plateaued yet in that department. Halo is like the long term piece you keep going back to because you are familiar with it and it's just good. COD is my side piece that's fun for a minute.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Ugh. As someone who's played Halo multiplayer extensively before Halo 4. I must say, I think that compared to the other games, Halo 4 doesn't compare.

Not sure if good thing or bad thing.

Me.. imjust having a Halo break. Too much halo for me past couple of weeks.

Comparing it to reach it's alot better but I still feel halo 3 was the best. Even though Halo 2 had the best maps. 343i are right though. For the first full from the ground game, it's pretty damn impressive.

The second pic looks like it could be a mp map from war games. I hope they bring out more old school type maps. Instant spawn makes the maps as big as they are though.

Bring on Spartan ops!

Wow! This makes me excited of Spartan Ops! First 5 episodes were too average but these seems to be good, or even great! C:

Scenes of that trailer looked veeery amazing but trailer itself was very vague. Well I'm waiting for it. Episode 6 was so brilliant! ^^

The more I see Halsey, the more I think of her as a traitor.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Halo 4 developer 343 Industries has run down a list of new additions coming in its next multilayer update, which drops Monday, January 28th. The studio is adding Spartan Ops episode seven, a Griffball-only playlist and two new specialisations into the mix.

Over on the Halo Waypoint blog, ‘BS ANGEL’ writes, “On Monday, Spartan Ops continues with episode 7, which will once again contain five new Spartan Ops missions. Also premiering for the first time in Halo 4 is the Grifball playlist!

“We’ve worked closely with GrifballHub to create several different Grifball experiences in this new Matchmaking playlist . If you’ve never experienced Grifball, read on, because you’re in for a treat. If you HAVE experienced Grifball, then you probably just peed your pants with excitement and aren’t reading any more.”

The playlist will happily run alongside all the other playlists and modes you enjoy, so don’t worry if you aren’t a Griffball fan. The blog post also explains two new specialisations:

  • Engineer: Spartan optimization for the subversion, repair and reconstitution of a wide range of technology, including Covenant and Forerunner complex networks. The Drop Recon Armor Mod allows users to predict the location and time of an Ordnance Drop through an external suborbital monitoring system.
  • Stalker: Spartan optimization for target shadowing missions which require tactical invisibility despite operating at an extremely close range to the target itself. The Nemesis armor mod allows users to target and track down previous attacking enemies, highlighting them on the armor’s passive sensors.
