Zero, you should change it to 1 Hour per vote per person. It'll take to long the way you have it.

18 gone, 43 to go, and the beginning is always much slower than the end (when there a few choices and more people downvote the same game, they go out really quick).
I say it won't last more than five days longer, and some of these last for weeks on end.

Still, 3 Hours is a long wait. I would say at least 2 Hours.
