Hmm I agree it's not bad idea to make Tales-like game for Android devices (or more overally - mobile) it can reach more people even if wouldn't be translated. However Android Market is friendly place and hopefully they WILL translate it...at least to US English
Aside from that...why no Anise or Jade confirmed? Not to mention Genis Sage or Presea...come on Namco, we need good casters to this party and Genis or Jade would do pretty fine ^_^
