Wiki only says scum-aligned, and godfather is scum-aligned but innocent scanning. It depends on how strong or weak the mod makes the godfather, so only hat would know for sure.

Yes, we'd be so much better off knowing a lot of things. Hence the uninformed majority aspect. I'm inclined to think a godfather that only scans clean to a normal cop would be very weak. So either he has a good guy name in order to scan "innocent" to NinPie or he isn't counted by a Sensor.

Occasionally they are given kills, usually one at most. More often they simply recruit, which is powerful enough.
