Warning: Dont read this if you dont want to find out the ending to the first Assassins Creed game.
So the first game ended with the templars finding the locations of the treasures and leaving Desmond with the Animus and we know that Lucy is an Assassin so heres my first prediction.
The second game starts with desmond about to be killed by the templars but he is saved by the Assassins.The Assassins have their own animus and use desmonds memories maybe altairs or maybe another assassin to help them. Whilst not in the animus they train desmond to be a member of the hashashin? but of course not using guns because its not going to be a shooter.The game ends with the Templars finding a peace of eden.
The third game shows desmond finish his training and maybe he gets infactuated with Lucy. They again use desmonds memories to help them whilst battling the Templars in the real world. Desmond and the leader of the Templars fight but not using guns using swords. The game ends with desmond and lucy being together and maybe them being the last two assassins.
Another possible story could be that using the peace of eden they force demond to use his other ancestors memories and fight the Assassins himself.
A very far fetched story could be that they bring Altair back from the dead and use him to tell his memories instead of using the animus.
I had some more ideas but i forgot them tell me what you think and ur ideas.
