I tought it was debunked already by At&T. They were looking for a MGS symbol and chose that, of course that's what i heard im not sure

Yea it's the logo for the old version of the game "Metal Gear Solid: Rising" which was supposed to have a Vita release, but when the game was revamped and switched developers the Vita version was dropped.
