How did a hundred tonne killing machine silently sneak up on an entire resistance group stationed in that building? Negating the vibrations created by its movement and the fact that it should sound like a Ferris wheel made out of chalk boards and cheese graters at least one person should have been on lookout duty.

What is it then?

It's based on pre-Christian teachings that focus on improving one's self. Unrestrained by moral conventions such as good or evil (almost meaningless words) it focuses more on a natural state of being. Philosophically, I am a Satanist and spiritually I am an Atheist. Spiritual Satanists typically believe more or less in a Gaia-like Earth entity and practice both schools of magick.

Yes, they practice both black magick and white magick. As far as I can tell white magick focuses on meditation to allow one to achieve a greater mental state and the primary physiological benefit is increased cellular division. This leads to improved muscle growth and expedited / improved healing. Meditation has been shown to provide great benefits to one's psyche and there are even physical benefits so it is plausible, however I have never researched the veracity of the other claims made by magick users.
