Mafia can only die if:
a) they are voted to be lynched
b) there is a townie who is a vigilante power role, a role that allows him to kill someone at night (kinda common kinda rare)
c) a townie is a bomb (the mafia try to kill him and the killer blows up)

Townies can die in every imaginable way:
a) lynch
b) night kill
c) vigilante
d) crazy doctor
e) bomb

What is the Crazy Doctor? And how would you know if they're a bomb? Isn't that kind of cheating.

The mafia we play is *blind* mafia. Nobody knows what roles are in the games and we don't know who is what. Someone could say they are a bomb, but all we have to go on is trust and analysis. We could be playing in a game where nobody has special roles, and there's been games where every player is a unique power role.

before I forget, newbs, if you get an important town role like cop or doctor, keep your trap shut about it. Don't go around saying or gloating that you are a cop or doctor. Just play it cool. Almost every game a new player starts, they make the mistake of roleclaiming because they do not understand the significance of those kind of roles yet.
