I love Bioware. Eventhough I hated ME3 ending because I felt they somehow betrayed their own game, just as they did with Dragon Age 2 when it fails in every single aspect they shinned in Origins.
I love CDProject, because they took an already out of ordinary and charming black, rutless world from the books of Andrzej Sapkowski and made two games worthy of it. My god, just look at the improvement from game 1 to game 2 for a start! We can all see that CDProject took inspiration from Bioware but they managed to make their very own thing nontheless.
Dragon Age and The Witcher worlds respond to a tradition of fantasy literature and though they share some topics, the polish approach is more mature. I don't mean by it that I like it better for that reason. Actually, there's room in my heart to love them both for different reasons and I think my world is a better world because I hold them both in my mind and my gaming heart.
I was wondering, now that CDProject has declared that they are working in a new IP... How great would it be that they were making their very own response to Mass Effect world? Wouldn't you love to explore the universe by their narrative's hand?
