I agree on the original zelda. About half way through that game became incredibly hard.

I finally beat the original Blaster Master like 2 summers ago.

A lot of these older games are much harder than newer ones. Has anyone seriously ever beaten Contra without the Konami Code? Or beaten Battletoads? Hell, even games like Viewtiful Joe, a pretty difficult game, isn't even close to the difficulty of those NES games. Gamers have it easy today.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Viewtiful Joe is hard. I still haven't beaten it. I've also never beaten a Zelda game, but I probably could if I really took the time. I'm not too familiar with the old NES games other than SMB 1, 2, and 3, but I beat all those without too much difficulty.

Also, The Lion King on SNES and F Zero GX (on story mode) are really hard for me. Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz is so f'ing frustrating it's not even fun sometimes. I've almost beaten it though.
