Forums - PC - Question to MMO players: Should i try AION once again?

Yo,

since Aion is F2P now (For some Regions), should i give it another shot? I originally bought a Copy when the Game was released, and i leveled my Char up to 35 before quitting, because this awful grind, combined with the fact that the world was just awfully small (and the lifeless piece of junk named Abyss was the main local.. ugh. so ugly.) really did kill the fun for me, even though i thought this game had ALOT of potential back then.

 

So yeah, without having to pay for the Game, i might be tempted to try it again, but the question is; Did they fix the bad parts about this game by now?

(And if so, how's it with the PVP Balance in the game nowadays?)

I bought Aion at release and lasted about 6 months (played beta as well). I gave it a try again a couple of months ago and although there have been improvments, not overwhelmingly so (clerics are still immortal). Instead, somehow I've ended up playing WoW again and for all the balance complaints it receives, it is still better than the majority of its competitors for ranked PvP.
