I think it's nice that he diversifies among different genres :P

I'm not a rap hater, I liked his section in Nightmare Night, it's just after viewing his livestreams, if he put the time and talent that he has into an original song it would beat 90% of the attempts out there.

I don't think he puts much effort into rapping, since he can spontaneously do equal to that rap battle on his stream.

I have a general problem with pure rap, dubstep, hard techno/dnb and death metal in that they don't really fit with ponies, even if you ponify lyrics. By all means make it but it should stop making up half of what EqD posts. Same goes for labelling any random orchestral piece "Octavia's Overture" etc. People make what they want to make and then expect recognition as if it was their gift to bronydom. 

Yeah, there definitely is some music where I'm like "this is awesome, but how is it connected to ponies in any way?" xD

Those little details are awesome, especially considering that it's so far into the background that hardy anypony would notice them xD
