I know there is already the iphone my little pony friendship is magic game, but OMG! they should tooootally make a MLP rpg game. Think about it, there could be the party of (the 6 main) ponies.

They could do the nightmare moon episode, starting in Canterlot with spike for the tutorial, then branching out, finding the others, and questing to eventually take on nightmare moon

Given that Jrpg's like Hyperdimension Neptunia and some Atelier games make profits selling 130,000 copies, if made upon a similar design formula. A MLP rpg would be sure to make money. The hasbro license might cost a little but funding can be found for many a good cause these days

I like your premise but I doubt you'd get any japanese companies working on it haha, they've got more than enough of their own anime they seem to want to convert in video games. It would be cool to have a fully 3D rendered world though.

Also, if Angel Bunny isn't at least a guest character in that game then the game will be a flop :P

There is nothing wrong with grown men loving cartoons, even children's cartoons. I still think Spongebob is awesome, long with a lot of stuff that I liked as a little kid, back in the 80s and early 90s. But a bunch of grown men being obsessed with the new (and IMO crappy) My Little Pony cartoon? Sorry..........I guess I just don't get it.

And this is coming from someone who still thinks Rainbow Bright and the (ORIGINAL) Care Bears are alright. I just don't get it.

Hmm...that might work but he would need more screentime than Nono, he wasn't really around too much. Gurdy was better for actual getting to know her character but that wouldn't really work for Angel (I doubt Angel would be hiring chocobos anytime soon haha) but something like that for actually having screentime and showing up in each location would be cool.

Also, working under this analogy, each of Fluttershy's pets could do one of the roles of the Moogle Siblings (ie. one to give sidequests like Montblanc, some to work on a fast travel network etc.). The closer the game is to FFXII the better in my eyes seeing as it was possibly my favourite game of all time :P

Has anyone heard anything about official release of season 2 or 3 yet?, its so strange they havent strated marketing sets of them like they did through amazon for season 1.

Season 2 has been confirmed but there's no release date yet. There's no word on season 3 though.
