They are, i imagine. It's just a universal fee. I imagine the con makes most of its costs back just on admission, and the $20 you pay upfront goes to the VA you picked. Andrea was just being finicky about photo-ops

To be fair, Tara Strong had the option to buy some swag for charity (some young girl with cancer out there) for $20, and gave photos with that.

Wbat I didn't get about that was, aren't US child healthcare costs covered for those who can't meet them?

Depends on the definition of "can't meet them." Like with college, where you'll get full free (or, in a middle tier, interest-free loans) if you're poor enough, but there's still that awkward middle space (yo) where you have to get normal federal student loans.

So it is with healthcare. Until the health care law kicks in, some private insurance plans still have payout ceilings, and even with the health care law, they can have sizable deductibles, so for a persistent condition like cancer, people may need more financial aid

Only thing i didn't quite like about this episode was the gratuitous CG on the timberwolves. This episode had a lot of good gags.

I don't think Spike should be the focus of any episode. He's about as bad as I imagined a CMC episode would be (before I saw one). Also I don't feel disgust-based gags should be anywhere near this show.

The main ponies were better written. Williams really turned around her Dash writing.
