Can't wait to see what Trixie has in store for Twilight in Season three. I hope their rivalry is pushed to the limits.

I've been studying the anatomy of ponies for a couple days now and I can say quite confidentially that I can easily eye missing parts. Like when there are NO HORNS on unicorns!

But you can see Twilight's horn behind that light purple stripe in her hair? =O

You're right! But it's still wrong. You can absolutely argue that in Trixie's case but Twilight's head is layered above the hair. The hair is obviously behind the head in that picture. The horn should be layered between the head and the before the hair layer. There is no way you can convince me the horn is not only not behind the head but behind the hair as well. What? Is the horn next to her left ear? Blasphemy!

At least the stem of the horn should be in there. Then perhaps the rest would split the her mane.

Don't get me wrong though, the art is nice.

This feels perhaps like the most pointless argument in the history of internet arguments, but...

If you look between the maroon stripe and the rest of her hair, right at the hairline, you can see the very beginnings of the horn. The tip is visible in the space between mane and tail.

^ and you just participated in it!

But yes, I blew the image up, and you can see, just a handful of pixels, that her horn is layered correctly! It indeed starts from the head.

Huzzah! I was right about the placement of the horn!
