I heard about that, and I'm very excited, because my roommate finally admitted that we should ditch cable, and we're getting Netflix instead (yeah, we're cheap as hell). Now if I can just convince him to try the show...

Well, for your trouble, here's stuff by RainbowCrash88. I'm sure at least some of you have heard it already... or at least some of his music. He does some those great 8-bit remixes, and he's done the Twilight Sparkle and Applejack themes for Fighting is Magic. This is a theme for some fan series he's working on. I don't know anything about it, but the song sure sounds good.

He's also apparently working on the soundtrack for the Yogscast game (they're making a game...?). Anyway, here's that one too.

Most of what he has on his youtube channel is the 8-bit music. Then there's the two themes, and these other two songs. Also, I'm not sure if I posted this or not and I'm too lazy to go back and check, but there is a very short preview of his Rainbow Dash theme for Fighting is Magic. It sounds awesome so far, but I can't wait for the full version.

In his interview he said he's working on at least eight tracks. That may be for the other 11 characters in the game (and who knows when they'll come out, 2014/15 probably?) but also there will be music for the story mode and character select screen etc.

It's sad that he's only doing half the music because the other guy's music (Rarity Theme) I really dislike.

I'm definitely excited to hear his other work.

I didn't hate the Rarity theme, but I don't like it as much as the others. He said he wanted it to have a fashion show like theme to it, and I think it does. My biggest problem with it is that some of the songs from the show (season 1) are supposedly in there, but they're so subtle that I have problems hearing them.
