I clocked in 60 hours in a weekend rental of Final Fantasy VII back in 1997. Couldn't take that game back to the store without beating it. Two weeks later, I bought it. Don't know how much I played in a setting, but it had to be a lot.

I usually don't play one game for more than four hours, but my record is probably eight hours of Halo 2.
