Did they fix the HD playback? I tried the site just after the browser update but it only wanted to show videos in 240p
I'll try again tonight. Slightly easier then dragging the pc over.

Not all of the content on that site is from big studios. Be that as it may, personal feelings about big studios is not a license to download content without authorization. You may absolutely disagree with me but the law is on my side here (I have actually sued someone for using my content.) I simply posted my opinion that I hope the OP is respecting the copyrights of others. I hope you do not have a problem with someone expressing their opinion.

Im fairly new to the site and HD playback works fine for me. let me know if it worked for ya
I've been using it for over a year and prefer it to pc. Surfing youtube on my tv from the comfort of my couch is quite nice.
A lot of people don't know that you can download any gametrailers vid in hd too. You can queue up any number of videos(gametrailers/ps3youtube etc.) and close your browser and they will continue to download while you watch them.

The fact that Sony puts software on the PS3 does not grant one a license to download content without authorization. That would be like blaming Xerox because somebody photocopied a book.
The content that I sued over had nothing to do with YouTube.

No, it would be like Xerox also giving you the book and showing you how to photocopy it using their machine. For the avoidance of doubt: if someone cares so much about copyright they should not post on Youtube.
