The Music Unlimited app is out for Vita (also the MU Android app was just updated). I just downloaded it from the PS store. Works great and it has offline storage for playlists. Pretty sweet being able to store and play music offline. I can see myself using this (the Vita MU app and offline storage) quite a bit.
