Reggie's body is ready on this one.
The current dev kits are a little more powerful than the ones shipped last year, so the Wii U might be able to handle at least a stripped-down version of UE4. No matter what, though, it will be capable of some gorgeous-looking games. If I understand correctly, the Samaritan demo was a high-end UE3, and most of what I read suggests it will be able to run that. What I'm still most interested in is how these pretty games will use the controller.

^That's actually kinda nice to hear: they're not trying to avoid it. It could have gotten so wrong if they cut that part out, since it was such a major thing back then

Console partisans eagerly await the master they serve with their devotion to give them sufficient ammo so they aren't embarrassed on forums like this.

And now, this would be an awesome reveal: A demo using the UE4 engine, in all its glory, is shown at E3 on the Wii U.
