The Rayman trailer is awesome! The ability to bring in other characters will be great too!
I`m glad Nintendo will make the option to download retail titles right from the start. Personally, i won`t use it but still, it`s very important.

now, THIS is a trailer!! ; )
don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^
Never gave the Rayman series that much thought; I only played Rabbids once at a friend's house.
Since I like the Skylanders, I might give the Rayman: Legends a serious play for the Wii U. It would've been nice to see a glimpse of Ezio, though, in-game.
I wonder if Nintendo is going to implement the NFC features with Super Smash Bros: Wii U? [EDIT] or Pokémon for Wii U, with NFC features!
Wow at the digital distribution push.
I really like that as I am beginning to hate media. Takes up too much room.
I'm all for cloud storage and removing physical copies.
I also wonder how much storage I'll actually need. Let's say I buy 50 games throughout its life. If they are 10GBs a game on average, that's a 500GBs of data or so. So, that means with my Wii U, I'll want to buy at least a 1TB USB drive. So, about $80 on top of the cost of the console.
I could of course focus on 500GB to start with and take it from there. After all, I have 250GB on my PS3 and I've deleted nothing and still haven't used more than 30GBs. Granted I've only download a few small games and then LBP.

Online multiplayer, new playable characters, and NFC, bring things to the game world, like Rabbids, health, or even....Ezio from Assassian's Creed?! Hell yeah! http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2012/04/rayman_legends_is_coming_to_wii_u_supports_nfc |
That thing with the heart and the Rabbid, do they do this with the NFC ability of the WiiU controller?
Also, and this is a bad thing, did you notice that local multiplayer with WiiU is with 1 tablet and 3 wiimotes? Maybe it will only support 1 tablet controller after all...
Please excuse my bad English.

Yes. Which is kinda bad tho as that means they will sell figurines with NFC chips that you can add to games. Meaning my kids will want these 'toys'.

Thanks for the answer.
Regarding your kids and the toys... look at the bright side, they will be busy playing with them so you'll be able to play the console .

oh no... they'll want it for the games on the console. I'll be screwed out the $5 or $10 that these figures cost and valuable gaming time.

You beat me to this discussion. At first when I watched the video, I thought I saw all of them using a Wii U tablet. So I got excited and thought, oh good they addressed this issue. So I replayed the video and I was wrong. How dissapointing. How is SS Bros going to work?
NINTENDO
nintendo forever . . .
