Before we know it the Internet will see websites come down one by one leaving SOPA and Anonymous left, the two eventually battle killing them both off and leaving a dead Internet. The few survivors left over from all of this begin to set up websites  and repopulate the Internet. SOPA is reincarnated as the Governmental Rogues, Anonymous are reincarnated as the Outlaw Rogues. The two Rogue factions join to form the Hellions

Not really sure I understand what you do during the game. I mean, I get that you've got to rebuild, but the picture doesn't really help to answer that question for me. Otherwise, I am intrigued . . . . wanting to know more . . . . be lured . . . . .
