Ugh, why should any one listed to someone who calls themselves Hump Master Flex and sounds like he is MAYBE 16 years old.

Both of these consoles will have custom graphics processors based on commercial graphic card technology.  It is completely impossible to compare their possible performances at this time, because no one but developers with the hardware know their stats.

These speculations are less than useless.

I am no tech geek and I don’t care but thought I would share this anyway.

What the guy (in the OP) said is based of kits that they had a year ago anyway so

I want the next box and PS4 to be vastly more powerful than WiiU but that’s for evil reasons…

I’ll stick with Nintendos console no matter what as they produce the games I want to play.

Anyway I think this may just be a troll rumour based on old kits to generate site hits due to how wildly inconsistent it is not just to rumours but to what is known from IBM and AMD as well as the 1080p native nature of U.

LOL if thats not enough then there's somthing wrong with developers.

first of all they can't get to much better without developing cost skyrocketing

2ndly since 720 is only said to be 20 percent better , (in what area ) that is not a big jump at all . we all know PS3 was more powerful but they stuck with xbox360 regardless and thats not all .

if they cared about graphics they would never have developed games for PS1 or PS2 thats blasphony.

to say 2x more powerful isn't enough! cause thats just like the jump from snes to n64 from ps1 to ps2 . it was said this gen would have been the biggest jump in a while and now i believe it . and thats fine.

developers are asking to much from these consoles just like the fanboys who always say graphics are everything,.

if consoles became pcs then we might as well stick to pc gaming now shall we?

 

Plus I read an article on either gamespot or here yesterday that said Nintendo has shipped the final hardware yesterday .  said to be 3 x more powerful then  the model shown off at e3 somthing like that ill have to go back to see it again, but don't even believe the op . if developers were complaining wouldn't big sites report it .

LOL, it seems for some people the rumours are only believable if the Wii U is said to be barely more powerful or equal to current gen.

Oh, and can I get this supposed rumour you remember from a few weeks back with a source sayingit was only 1.5 times more powerful than PS3?

Without any hard facts, people feel free to pretty much pull whatever numbers they want out of their asses.

In regards to the Wii U GPU, about the only "fact" I'm inclined to believe is that it will have an R700 based GPU, most likely a modified RV770 which was the commercial equivalent of the ATI's HD4850 from mid 2008. That GPU is easily more powerful than a factor of 1.5 over the RSX in the PS3.
