Some game for the Wii U

War of Roses if it looks same as in those pictures (It's developed exclusively for PC so there is hope). Metro: LL will also probably look damn good considering that the original metro still looks amazing. On consoles probably The Last of Us if it comes this year. I was not super impressed by Uncharted 3 though. God of War III is till easily the best looking console game imo.

Lol well that list has 2 MASSIVE PC games on so obviously they won. Not sure whether RAGE or Crysis 2 looks better though. Resistance 3 and Brink most definitely shouldn't be there and Bulletstorm not quite good enough.

Oh right see you noted not to count PC. Err guess Crysis 2 was the default winner then.

I'm still sticking with my prediction that it will be a Wii U launch title (not including PC games). The things we know for sure so far suggest it will be at the very least 2-3 times as powerful as the PS3/360. Even taking into account rushed launch titles I would imagine Nintendo will put their full effort into something.

BTW I've played FFXIII-2 and the textures suck even on PS3 so, it's super low on my list, you guys should pay more attention to the new Tomb Raider though, it's pretty damn good.

UC3 murderd in graphics awards of 2011. KZ3 and Crysis 2 didnt even get nominated at some sites (as ridicilous as it is). I would know, i'm incharge of tha awardz thread :}
As for 2012: I have no idea. Sonys had 08 with MGS4, 09 with UC2, 10 with GoW3, 11 with UC3 The last of us will have 2013, i'm positive despite not seeing shit from it or its competition xD. Call me nuts.

The question is: Will there be a GoW4 in 2012 or 2013? If the latter: ND will go head2head with Santa monica. Itll be fucking interesting as ND has squared off with Guerrilla Games TWICE and overshadowed them. I wonder if they can do that to Santa monica.

Sony has had 4 years in a row now and 2013 seems to be in favour of them again (I do think PS4, next box etc will launch late 2013 or 2014 and launch games wont be as impressive as the top PS3 game). 2012 will most likely go to a multiplat game unless The last guardian delivers a miracle save xD or GoW4 is released. Starhawk and Twisted Metal don't stand a chance. (The Starhawk beta looks great though).

Wha? Not nominating Crysis 2 is crazy. Personally I still think Crysis 2 was the best of the year. Being able to pick up light sources and have them illuminate everything, cast real time shadows etc. I would put U3 and GeoW3 on the same level and KZ3 a bit below. Kinda hard to pick between them. Uncharted 3 is utterly beautiful and has the best environments and cinematic moments but doesn't quite have the scale and actual gameplay graphics of GeoW3, both have great attention to detail. Sand running off drake, Characters in gears recoiling  when bullets hit nearby. KZ3 is very impressive but I feel it's just nice looking graphics with no soul or nice design. Can't believe some sites wouldn't even nominate Crysis 2 though. However I suspect it's because a lot of the time multiplatform games (especially those leading on PC) seem to get overlooked in favour of exclusives. I mean for how average the game was RAGE looked fantastic, especially enemy animations.
